- Marks in chemistry – Candidates securing higher marks/percentage marks in Chemistry.
If the tie persists, then the next tiebreaker is.
- Marks in Physics – Candidates securing higher marks/percentage marks in Physics

- Incorrect answers in all subjects: Candidates with a lesser ratio of the number of wrong answers and correct answers attempted in all subjects.
- Incorrect answers in biology – Candidates with a lesser ratio of number of wrong answers and correct answers in Biology
- Incorrect answers in chemistry – Candidates with a lesser ratio of number of wrong answers and correct answers in Chemistry
- Incorrect answers in Physics – Candidates with a lesser ratio of number of wrong answers and correct answers in Physics
- Age of candidates – candidates older in age
